You're looking for a higher education that leads the pack.
Chattanooga
education means exceptional academics: more than 100 bachelor’s and 40 master’s
degree programs. We constantly update our curriculum, majors, and concentrations
to ensure you are prepared to meet your career or post-baccalaureate goals.
UTC is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to award bachelor’s and master’s degrees, and in 2003, we received approval to begin offering doctorates, raising the level of research opportunities across the campus.
Our general education curriculum was developed with today’s marketplace
in mind, emphasizing written and oral communication, computer literacy, statistics,
and world cultures.
Want to know what you can do with $25 million? With the creation of our Lupton Renaissance Fund, established by a gift from philanthropists John and Alice Lupton of Chattanooga, the UTC campus is experiencing an unprecedented transformation. Instructional technology, a biological field research station, and a program to bring world-renowned scholars to campus are among the projects receiving Lupton funding.
